McLean-Williams is a boutique talent agency based in London, established by Alexandra McLean-Williams in 2002.

We pride ourselves in providing personalised, first-class service for actors, actresses and industry creatives across film, television, commercials, standard theatre, musical theatre, and radio, both in the U.K. and internationally. Our strong relationships with key industry professionals in the United States and Europe enable us to distinctly develop and elevate the individual careers of our talent.

Alexandra McLean-Williams

Founder • Managing Director • Agent

At the request of American actress Stefanie Powers, Alexandra McLean-Williams founded McLean-Williams Ltd. in May 2002, forming an agency that has garnered decades of dedication and success.

Prior to founding McLean-Williams Ltd., Alexandra worked in the media and advertising industries. She contributed to the launch of two entertainment magazines, one for the highly successful Time Out Group and the other for the internationally renowned Express Newspapers. Following this, she took on the challenge of helping launch Classic FM, the first commercial classical radio station in the UK, which remains incredibly popular today.

Alexandra’s success has enabled her to use her connections and influence to support numerous prestigious and worthy charities. By connecting these organisations with the right celebrities, she has provided them with extensive exposure, creating high-profile and rewarding fundraising opportunities. Alexandra and the agency are supporters of Tim Ballard’s Operation Underground, a non-profit organisation at the front line in the fight against child trafficking. To learn more click here.

Saskia Hefes

Agent

Before joining McLean-Williams Ltd., Saskia worked on the sets of various television series, such as Downton Abbey, Silent Witness, and You, Me and the Apocalypse. Through her work on set, Saskia met Denis Menochet on Spotless and continued to work with him as a personal assistant. However, her ambition has been to represent and promote artists. Saskia has been part of the team for several years after working for TCM Agency in Sydney, Australia.

Norman Sharp

Accountant

Norman is a chartered accountant who has spent many of his recent years working with a range of clients in the industry including producers, agents, actors. Having worked for McLean-Williams Limited for over thirteen years he has forged a meaningful and beneficial working relationship with Alexandra and her team.

Louisa Foley

Agent’s Assistant

Louisa has been immersed in ‘all things entertainment’ from a young age. Coming from a family of performers, she is no stranger to the industry – despite her early career taking her into sales. With a degree in fashion management, she has adapted and refined these skills to suit actors needs. Louisa is motivated by success and her ultimate goal is to represent and carve careers for both new and established talent.

Jax Kordes

Intern

Jax Kordes, is studying Media Advertising at Indiana University and is currently enhancing his academic journey by studying abroad in London. For the semester, he has joined McLean-Williams as an intern, where he is enthusiastic about learning from the team. With a keen interest in creative strategy and digital marketing, Jax aims to gain hands-on experience and contribute innovative ideas. His goal is to deepen his industry knowledge while actively supporting the agency’s efforts.

Tom Leigh

Head of Tactical

Tom is a seasoned actor, writer, producer, and military advisor. With seven years of service as a Royal Marines Commando, Tom brings authenticity and depth to his work, ensuring accuracy in military portrayals for major brands such as Amazon, Sony, Sky, The Donmar Warehouse, and The Globe. His expertise extends from combat operations to creative endeavors, making him a vital asset to any production.

Jasper

Agency’s Polar Bear

Jasper is Alex’s Golden Retriever, who comes into the office from time to time to assist us all with lots of cuddles. His special skills include stress relief and stick retrieval.
